Below are some of our customers frequently asked questions;
- Is there an age/height limit for laser tag?
All players must be 48″ or taller to play.
- Does Arcade Bounce offer anything for my toddler?
Yes we have 2 smaller bounce houses for the little ones, 3 and younger.
- Is there an age/height requirement on the commerical size inflatables?
Yes no one over 52″ is allowed on the commercial inflatables.
- Does Arcade Bounce serve food?
Presently we only offer pizza packages as add-on’s to a party.
We will be serving pizza, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, and other food items in the very near future. only a few weeks away.
– How many guests can I invite?
Our party packages are for 10 guests. Our party tables seat up to 24.
Up to 5 additional guests may be added for $9.00 each.
This includes bounce wristband or laser tag ticket, $5 in tokens, and drink.
There is no charge for adults or children that are not participating.
– Is there a deposit?
Yes, we charge a $25 dollar deposit. The deposit is non refundable.
Do you require a waiver? Yes, we require a signed waiver for each child bouncing or playing laser tag.
– When should I arrive for my party?
We ask that you arrive 5- 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.
Please do not arrive any earlier than this as there will likely be a party in progress.
– What if I am late?
PLEASE BE ON TIME—if you are running late this will result in missed activities and/or diminished time in an activity.
The party will start at the time it was scheduled to begin and will end at the scheduled end time.
– Do you have a set party schedule?
Your Party Host or Hostess will be going over a schedule with you when you arrive and that will layout the party for you.
Our parties follow a 3 step schedule.
1. Activitiy (Bounce or Laser Tag)
2. Cake & Presents
3. Arcade Play
– What food can we bring in?
No outside food or drink is allowed, except for Cake, when you book a party.
– What if some of my guests don’t meet the height requirements for the party we booked?
We understand that this happens and we will gladly exchange up to 3 bounce wristbands for 3 laser tag tickets or vice versa. Any more than 3 is subject to availability. Please contact us prior to your party if you think you might need to exchange more than 3.
